A deciduous conifer once thought extinct, can now be found and thrives in Michigan. One of the rare conifers to turn a beautiful orange/red in the fall and will drop it's needles. A rapid grower, especially in full sun and moist, well-drained soils. it produces fern-like needles, making an excellent shade tree for landscaping and golf courses.
