- ORDERS ARE PICKUP ONLY, ITEMS ORDERED WILL NOT BE SHIPPED.

- A reminder email for pickup will be sent a couple of weeks before the distribution date (check spam folder).

- If you are unable or forget to pick up your order on the distribution dates, you must make other arrangements. The Tuscola Conservation District will not be held liable for missed/forgotten orders.

- The Tuscola Conservation District does not warranty any plant orders and does not guarantee survival. Our liability ceases once the order has left the facility.

- The Tuscola Conservation District reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments due to reasons beyond our control.

- No refunds on orders cancelled after the ordering deadline (March 20th, 2026).

- It is unlawful for these trees, shrubs, and other plants to be resold with the roots attached in accordance with the Insect Pest & Plant Disease Act, P.A. 189 pf 1931, as amended.
